About this apartment rental
The Flat is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. The apartment is newly renovated, has ample free on street parking, and is in walking distance to Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, and the Beltline, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and other services, and a short drive to many other attractions. Walk Score 84 (Very Walkable) so everything is nearby. Shared bike station on the block. We have lived in Midtown for many years and look forward to sharing it with you.
This sophisticated one bedroom apartment is very comfortable and completely renovated in December 2019. It has ample free on street parking, and a fully equipped kitchen that is complete with all you need to cook and serve gourmet meals. The kitchen includes some ingredient basics and a Keurig coffee maker and tea kettle. The bedroom has a nice queen bed, dresser and large closet. The bathroom is fully stocked with plush towels and personal care products, and has a full sized tub/shower with grab bars. The space has unlimited high speed Google Fiber wifi, flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime and is about 450 square feet. The unit is business ready. Very private, quiet, safe and secure location for travelers. The street, walkway and entrance are well lit at night, and your hosts live right next door.
The Maisonette is in the heart of the Historic Midtown Garden District of Atlanta, developed between 1895 and 1920. The street is filled with charming bungalows built in the early 1900's. Every imaginable retail, restaurant and cultural attraction is nearby. Our quiet residential neighborhood is in the heart of the heart of the city. It is among the few areas in Atlanta where you can easily walk places. Lyft and Uber readily available. Rentable electric scooters. available everywhere in the neighborhood.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property and would absolutely stay here again. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and even larger than the photos suggested. From the moment I booked, the hosts were incredibly responsive and provided excellent communication throughout my stay.The property was thoughtfully stocked with everything I could have possibly needed, making my visit comfortable and stress-free. It was clear that every detail had been considered to ensure guests have a great experience.The free parking was a huge bonus and made coming and going very convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep, and the shower was absolutely amazing—one of my favorite features of the stay.Overall, this was a wonderful experience. The combination of a beautiful property, attentive hosts, great amenities, and exceptional comfort made for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

A wonderful little spot to stay in midtown! Very conveniently close to several popular spots, safely within walking distance, or a short drive. Had no problem parking on the street, there was always space, and the neighborhood felt very safe! It was a great little landing space for my husband and I, as we explored the city over the weekend. Would definitely stay again in the future.

George and Katherine’s place is perfect! The bed and pillows are comfortable, and I appreciated the extra blankets and fan. The place is even more spacious than it looks in the pictures! The neighborhood is very pretty and quiet. George and Katherine were also quick to respond to my questions. Thank you!!

Great midtown location. We were gasping for a coffee when we arrived but nothing available. No jug to boil kettle, had to use a pot on the stove after we bought some instant coffee and tea bags.Excellent laundry facility was good to catch up on laundry with detergent supplied, thank you.The floor which is tiles was very greasy and slippery may have been washed with too much cleaning product and not rinsed off was not pleasant to walk on.Aircon perfect. Clean bedding and pillows.
