The house is a great fit size wise and room wise for a large group. Our 4 families each had private space and also found the common areas perfect for the group to gather around. However, the hot tub consistently had problems staying on. Because of this it also didn't filter well and was cloudy by the second day. This is the second year staying here with problems with the hot tub.

The house was very nice and great for a large group with a bunch of kids. We had a great time skiing at Belleayre and playing in the snow outside the house. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna very much!
