In a quiet neighborhood, a small residence composed of seven adjoining houses. Two-bedroom duplex house with a 110m2 fenced garden.
Living / dining room with TV and a DVD player, picture windows opening onto a 25m2 South-East facing terrace and a garden.
Open-plan kitchen opening onto a South-facing covered terrace. Kitchen equipped with a ceramic glass cooktop, a hood, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a dish-washer and a washing machine.
Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with double bunk beds. Numerous closets.
Bathroom. Separate toilet.
Outside, nice landscaped garden with a barbecue and a set of garden furniture.
Parking possibility on the plot and on the community parking lot.

Petite maisonnette bien conçue pour notre famille de 4, l’accès arrière par le jardin très pratique pour entrer et sortir avec les vélos, quartier très calme on a très bien dormi! A 5min de l’océan !

Nous sommes arrivés en fin d’après-midi pour prendre les clefs. Mais Il était encore trop tôt. Elles n’ont été disponibles qu’à 19h30.
Arrivés dans la maison, nous avons constaté que la salle de bain n’avait pas été nettoyée, que l’alèse d’un des lits était sale, qu’un oreiller était troué et que les tissus des fauteuils avaient des taches abondantes.
L’agence a été réactive. Nous avons eu le droit à une alèse propre et un oreiller neuf dès le samedi soir. L’agent de maintenance est venu le lundi matin changer les ampoules grillées et mettre des poignées au meuble de la salle de bain, qui n’en avait plus.
Quant aux fauteuils nous avons dû les laver nous mêmes.
Le propriétaire ferait bien de nettoyer la terrasse et le store au moins une fois par an.
Sinon le logement est bien situé, proche de la plage et de plusieurs écoles de surf.
Il est relativement spacieux et bien équipé.
