this sea view villa of over 200m² with its 100m² deck with high-end services, is located in the town of MOULE in a quiet environment. Its sea view swimming pool makes it an ideal resting place. Curl up on the comfortable sofa to read a good book or take advantage of the amenities at your disposal (Wi-Fi connection, orange TV with around thirty channels ...)
You can prepare delicious recipes in the fully fitted and equipped kitchen: Fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, checker, food processor and dishwasher. Outdoor barbecue in a landscaped garden.
In the adjoining cellar: Washing machine. Iron and ironing board.
The villa has 3 comfortable bedrooms including a master suite with 160 × 200 bed with dressing room, shower and w. vs.
2 bedrooms with dressing rooms and magnificent starry skies for daydreaming.
For a 180x200 bed and 2 twin and 90 × 200 pull-out beds for the other (possibility of 4 beds)
A bathroom and 1 wc.
All rooms are air conditioned.
The price includes sheets and towels, beach towels and a personalized welcome and a dedicated contact for the duration of the stay. The property is completely fenced and closed by an electric gate; parking is private.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed
Ideally located in the town of Le Moule. supermarkets, many shops. Beautiful stroll on the seafront.
3 mins walk from the seaside, starting hikes. 5 minutes from a paragliding spot and 10 minutes from a renowned surf spot, a windsurfing school but also only 20 minutes from the town of Saint François (casino, golf, aerodrome, parachute jumps, departures boats for the islands (Désirade, Petite Terre, Marie-Galante, Les Saintes…) and its superb white sand beaches).
15 mins from Port Louis with its fine sandy beaches, surf spots.
