Villa Raul is a traditional Istrian house that was completely renovated in 2006. It is located in a small Istrian village called Režanci, not far from Svetvincenat and only 12 km from the coast of western Istria. The villa offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wooden and stone elements dominate the beautifully furnished interior. On the ground floor of the villa there is a kitchen with dining room and a living room with additional sleeping possibility on the couch. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. The outdoor area is dominated by a private pool with sun loungers and the partially covered terrace with barbecue invites you to relax on hot summer evenings. Das liebevoll eingerichtete und gestaltete Steinhaus ist ideal für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Wir haben die zehn Tage dort sehr genossen mit Baden im erfrischenden Pool oder Ausflüge ans Meer. Einkäufe haben wir meist im etwa 5 Kilometer entfernten Svetvincenat erledigt. Der Eigentümer und die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Ein schönes Haus mit guter Atmosphäre, aber eher unpassend für größere Leute, da vor allem die Badezimmer etwas klein ausgelegt sind. Mit einer kurzen Autofahrt erreicht man größere Supermärkte und alles was man braucht. Allerdings noch eine kleine Vorwarnung: Man kann hier, auch im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, kleine Skorpione auffinden. Diese sind zwar leicht zu entsorgen und nicht gefährlich, aber sollten trotzdem genannt werden.

Ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus für 2 Personen. Mit mehr Personen oder Kindern würde es eng. 2-Platten-Herd, kein Backofen. Kühlschrank rel. klein. Schöne Badestrände am Meer, mit Pkw in ca. 20 min erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es nur einen Mini-Markt mit freundlicher Bedienung, aber recht eingeschränktem Angebot. Nachbarschaft überaus freundlich. Fahrrad-Touren in der Umgebung sehr gut möglich. Ausschilderung stellenweise noch verbesserungsfähig.

Kleines, einfaches aber schönes Ferienhaus in der Mitte Istriens. Ländlich und abgeschieden neben einem Bauernhof. Alles sauber und die Menschen dort sind sehr gastfreundlich, gerne wieder!
