Your Gebhardt family Our apartment is located in idyllic Morbach, which has belonged to the municipality of Niederkirchen since the first Rhineland-Palatinate administrative reform in 1969. At about 370 m above sea level, Morbach lies on a hill between the Odenbach valley on one side and the Lautertal valley on the other. Various leisure activities and the varied landscape of the North Palatinate Mountains make a trip to Morbach a wonderful experience. Morbach with its approx. 280 inhabitants is a small town far from the hustle and bustle of the big city and belongs to the community of Niederkirchen in the Otterberg-Otterbach community. We can be reached by public transport (regular bus or call taxi) or by car. The nearest Lautertalbahn train station is about 5 km away in the neighboring village of Kreimbach-Kaulbach. Morbach is surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The highest point is the Störzelberg with 422 m above sea level. N. From here you have a great view of mountains and valleys when the weather is clear. In Niederkirchen there is a supermarket, a butcher and a bakery to meet your daily needs. There are also some restaurants in the vicinity, such as the West Palatinate Hall and the Döner and Pizza House in Niederkirchen or the Alt Schul restaurant in Heiligenmoschel am Bürgerhaus. The area offers ideal conditions for Nordic walkers, hikers and cyclists. You are approx. 15 km from Otterberg and approx. 20 km from Kaiserslautern. Our modern 4 star apartment has a living space of approx. 130 m² and has three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a separate cloakroom and a storage room in the attic. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and satellite TV. A maximum of six people can be accommodated in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided and cleaning is included. WiFi access is provided free of charge. The apartment extends over the 1st OG and the attic. There is a balcony on the southeast side of the house. A staircase leads from there to the well-kept garden area. This is available for shared use. Since the apartment is and should remain a smoke-free area, smoking is only allowed on the balcony and in the garden.
