About this house rental
Beach house for family vacations. It has a fireplace, vegetable garden with spices, vegetables, several acerola, guava, lemon, lawn soccer field, hammock + bicycle and books to borrow - PRICE UP TO 06 PEOPLE - BEING MORE GUESTS, SEE QUOTATION - New Year's Eve and Carnival only complete package. Short preserved nature, is enchanted by native vegetation, birds and the sun rising in the sea seen here in the Condominium Pontal do Atalaia - The House is simple, rustic, but super cozy.
The space
-The only home with fireplace in this area to enjoy the winter night breeze
- Grassy lawn for football society inside my field.
- Indoor parking for more than 10 cars
- Library - Request my list of books, make your choice that they retreat from the Technical Reserve
- Vegetable garden - You can plant and harvest seasonings and vegetables in the garden of the house where seasonally I always have a carvery, something like rosemary, oregano, basil, pepper, parsley, chives, peppers, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, kale, ginger, carrot, chayote, leek, watercress among others.
- Fruits - Around the house you can pick Acerolas, Guava and lemons - various oranges and papaya and coconut will begin to ripen within a few months.
-This property has Public Service supply quality drinking water certified.
Other remarks
Everyone coming to Pontal do Atalaia needs to be clear that we are largely intertwined with the protected areas of the Costa do Sol State Park. Adopting a respectful nature procedure is imperative for perfect harmony with the environment during your stay.
