We enjoyed the proximity to beach (1 block) and how quiet it was inside the unit. The full kitchen was well equipped. It was great to have access to doing laundry as well. The AC unit was not located in the bedrooms, but we found that it cooled the apartment sufficiently.
The parking lot always had space; the fob to enter the lot was with the keys, so you need to find the unit first - but temporary street parking is fine (it isn’t busy on the road if you pull to the side for a few minutes).

Es muy buena su ubicacion , a 1 cuadra de la playa y 2 cuadras de la calle ppal , que es muy linda.
El dpto es amplio , bien mantenido , muy coqueto .
La cocina tiene de todo , sin duda su dueño veranea alli.
Placares amplios , lavavajilla, lavarropa automatico , un tender grande q da a un patio grande donde se guardan los autos , es un 1er piso.
Yo estuve antes q empieza la temporada de verano y era tranquilo. Se ve seguro .
La estrella , es el balcón enorme .
La propiedad es como se ve en las fotos.
Solo cambiaria la mesa plegable del comedor.
Aunque hay una mesa grande en el balcon , q se debe usar mucho en verano.
