幼児と利用したので、アパートメントタイプのお部屋は使いやすかったです。1回分の洗剤を小分けで用意されており、便利でした。 近くに公園があり、スーパーマーケット(ライフ)までも徒歩5-8分くらいでいけます。
概ねキレイな状態ではありましたが、拭いて取れる程度の汚れ(化粧品？)がついていました。 天井の塗装のひび割れに対してリメイクシールを貼ってありましたが、ほぼ全てのシートが取れかけており、無いほうが良いのでは？と感じました。 テレビのリモコンが一部使えず本体の裏面で操作をしました
