About this house rental
SLEEPS 10. `Majestic Views` on Moira Parade. Executive style four bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse with sweeping, uninterrupted water views of the Myall River. Located on the riverfront only metres from the boat ramp, minutes to Jimmys and Bennetts beaches, the Hawks Nest golf course, cafes, restaurants, clubs and shops. Beautifully furnished with quality inclusions. Absolutely everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. You will return over and over again.
In accordance with NSW Government Noise Control Legislation, use of air conditioning units is not permitted before 8am or after 10pm on any Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, or before 7am or after 10pm on any other day. A timer has been fitted to the air conditioning unit to prevent use outside these strictly regulated and enforced rules.

This property is very clean and have all the amenities you need for a great short getaway specially it's got it's own lift inside the house very convenient to our elderly friends who stayed with us. Kitchen is fully equip if you prefer to stay home and cook your own meal. This place is highly recommended and will stay here again for our next visit to Port Stephens. I will rate this property as 5 Star.
