Location is about the only plus side of this property. On the main river to watch boats passing & 10mins walk into the main front. Car needed for Mercadona or Lidels. Parking slot comes with property.

This property has not been cleaned or covid prepared for our arrival, extremely dusty & grubby. Fridge dirty inside as was the bin .Dishwasher dirty inside & smelt .BBQ still greasy & covered in leaves & cobwebs Floors not mopped Garden furniture still folded in lounge Upper terrace was filthy & white furniture stained & dirty. White chopping board absolutely disgusting & beyond cleaning Only 4 teaspoons for 8 guests. Wifi very poor coverage throughout property. Electric constantly tripping when washing machine on. Missing mattress protectors. Desrciption not correct Beds are not 1 double 3 twins. It's 3 doubles & 1 twin as the single ends are fixed to the double head board so can not be separated Air con not working on arrival as advertised & management company sent maintenance 4 days into our holiday. The units had not been serviced as filters all clogged & one needed re gasing. Bad drain smells from 1st floor bathroom. This property was neglected & had been closed up for over 4 wks we were told. Very basic, no frills ,kitchen far to small for 8 guests plus the fridge needs replacing as did not cool drinks we had to put wine, & beer & bottled water in freezer. 3 Bedrooms are small. Attitude management company avoided contact with me as did Booking.com not replying to our complaints about the property. Took over 2hr to check in & get the key after a long journey. Really not impressed stayed in far better accommodation for a lot less money.
