La dotazione completa di elettrodomestici, ( lavastoviglie, lavatrice, bollitore d acqua, macchina del caffè, tutte con detersivi, cialde pastiglie...), un balconcino per pranzare con tanto di lettino, ed un altro balconcino al secondo piano , con lo stendino, tutto riparato dalla tettoia, molto comodo per una asciugatura rapida dei panni. Il soggiorno ha un ampio divano, comodo, ed un TV da circa 50 pollici con Netflix, Prime, ecc... La residenza è attaccata al bosco da cui partono vari sentieri...molto comoda per passeggiate al fresco.
La pulizia è da migliorare, soprattutto nei cassetti della cucina, la lavatrice era piena di polvere, tanto che ho dovuto provvedere personalmentea ripulirla per usarla!!!, Manca il bidè, problema da non sottovalutare!!l host essendo di lingua tedesca, non parla italiano, quindi tutte le comunicazioni, erano tramite Google traduttore, con equivoci vari,e fraintendimenti!!!

L'assenza di un ascensore rende scomodo il trasporto bagagli x 3 piani. I letti non sono comodi.
