Cottage Skyview is a charming studio located just 2.5 miles or 8 minutes from the downtown Courthouse Plaza in Prescott. This cozy studio is adjacent to Skyview Chalet, a larger vacation rental that may have unrelated guests. Guests are kindly requested to respect each other's privacy and be considerate as they come and go.
The studio features a comfortable queen bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combination. Amenities include everything needed for coffee, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. A slider leads to the outdoor area, providing access to a lovely and serene space. Guests can explore the shady grassy area, enjoy apples or plums from the backyard trees, or discover the basketball net and court for a quick game of pick-up.
The studio is equipped with modern conveniences, including internet, central heating, and air conditioning. Green carpets, white walls, and colorful accents create a cozy and elegant ambiance in this 1971 home. A large flat-screen Vizio TV with Roku built-in is available for entertainment, and it can be enjoyed both in the living room and from the bed.

Guests have access to the entire studio. The patio and grill are reserved for Skyview Chalet guests.

Clean, cute and spacious! Great location, and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely would rent again. My only critique is that the listing said it had a "kitchen", but only had a refrigerator and a microwave in a hutch, and a coffee maker in the bathroom. It was fine for what we were doing, as all of our meals were taken care of, but if you are looking to actually cook while staying there, it would be helpful to know before booking.

The cottage was very welcoming.
It did however get really hot during the day in the summer time as they do not have an updated unit.
