The apartment is close to the beach in a very nice garden. The price was lower than in case of similar offers.
The air conditioning was only in one room. The kitchen equipment was basic, and the kitchen was quite small. The bedrooms are upstairs and the rest of the apartment including the bathroom is downstairs, so the apartment is suitable for people with good mobility..
