Discover our cosy holiday home "3310 Living Patrizia 10" in the idyllic mountain landscape of Tschagguns, perfect for families and nature lovers. The accommodation offers space for up to 6 people and impresses with its tasteful furnishings and modern equipment.
The house has three comfortable bedrooms with a total of three double beds, ideal for couples or families. Three sanitary rooms - two of them with a shower and two toilets - ensure sufficient comfort and privacy. The spacious modern kitchen is fully equipped with a glass ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, capsule coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, toaster and kettle.
The accommodation offers additional amenities such as Wi-Fi, central heating, an iron, and three televisions. A highlight is the in-house sauna for relaxing moments after active days.
Outside awaits a magnificent terrace of 15.78 m² with garden furniture, balcony and view of the surrounding mountains. Two parking spaces in the building ensure convenient arrival. heerlijke leefruimte en fijne sauna.
En een fijne douche.
Meerdere glazen in de keuken, en een ovenschaal. prettig zou zijn wanneer er een extra sleutel beschikbaar is zodat niet iedereen tegelijk in het huis hoeft te komen. Verder zou een 2e parkeerplek geen overbodige luxe zijn

Gute Lage für alle Unternehmungen, toller Ausblick durch das Panoramafenster, großzügiger Grundriss und sehr gemütlich. Betreuung ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Eine Waschgelegenheit (Münzapparat) befindet sich im Keller. Gerne wieder.
