Wedgewood #714 is a newly updated 2BR/2BA located on the first floor of building 7 in Barefoot Resort. This beautiful completely renovated property is perfect for vacation stays and snowbirds. The kitchen is top notch with granite counter tops and new stainless steel KitchenAid appliances. Cabinets are stocked with everything you need to cook your meals or make a snack, just bring your food! The living room is spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. There is even an electric fireplace for you to warm up on chilly evenings. The dining area has plenty of seating too.
The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV, a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with a gorgeous walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom located in the hallway, has a tub/shower combo. The unit is also equipped with a Whirlpool Duet stackable washer/dryer for your use. Enjoy your evenings on the screened patio overlooking the golf course.

Just finished our 4th stay in Wedgewood 714 and loved every minute of it. The team at Vacation Rentals of NMB are real pros and instantly responsive to any issues, although there are never many! We’ll be back in the spring and again next fall.

Our rental unit is tastefully decorated and perfectly located. This was our fourth visit and it just keeps getting better. We had a problem with the dish washer and it was immediately dealt with. We’ve already booked a month in the fall and another month in the spring of 2025.

Everything in the rental was great. The only complain I have was the lack of parking. There was NEVER a place to park close to Wedgewood 7. There were always 10+ cars parked there with no parking tags. There was several cars that hadn’t moved the entire time we were there and had spiderwebs going from the sideways to their front bumpers. It’s highly inconvient to have to carry thing from your car to your condo when you have to park a full building over. Out of all of the spots in front of Wedgewood 7 only TWO had parking passes hung.
