The house is immersed in the countryside where only the noises and scents of nature are the masters.
The view of the Gran Sasso, Corno Grande and Monte shirt mountains makes the scenery unique at any time of day, particularly at sunset.
In the aromatic garden, in the spring the explosion of the soft colors of the lavender blue, rosemary satisfy the sight; In summer the budleia welcomes butterflies and insects. The garden is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower for sunbathing in peace and cooling off from the heat.
In the vegetable garden a few steps from the structure you can find organic seasonal vegetables grown with love and respect for nature, with availability for customers to be able to pick peppers tomatoes and eggplants.
There are fruit trees such as apricot trees, cherry almond trees and apple trees to delight the taste.
The house is equipped with every modern comfort: functional kitchen, a cozy fireplace with a traditional taste where you can warm up on colder evenings, a simple style dining room and a relaxation room where you can immerse yourself in your thoughts or books.

My wife and I totally enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s villa nestled on a beautiful hill in the Castilenti area. It was so peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved touring around the Teramo area. There’s so much to do and see between the Gran Sasso mountains and the bellissima mare. Andrea was a great host. We loved our stay there.

What a lovely house in beautiful surroundings! The house was fully equipped and lovingly decorated. Andrea is a very nice host. On arrival there was beer in the fridge and some fruit in the fruit bowl. The area is truly beautiful with views of the hills and the Gran Sasso. We'd love to come back sometime. Andrea, thank you for your hospitality!!

Well equipped villa, especially the kitchen, everything worked very well. Superb location with marvellous views and very secluded. Andrea was a very helpful host and always responded quickly to any queries

We had a splendid vacation at Andrea’s house: A great view, the Gran Sasso in the distance, Castilenti on your right, Castiglione in front, Penne on your left. Our morning coffee on the terrace was a must! The house is spacious , warmly decorated, a big kitchen - and a kicker (a table soccer game) in the eating room. We used to play kicker and table tennis a lot. Andrea was a very kind host; we would have liked to stay longer. But after 10 days we had to move on - thanks for the great stay!
