This condo was very clean. It is dated in decor, but was really there for the sun and beauty of the ocean. The furniture in family room was very dated and uncomfortable, but adequate. The owners were very attentive and easy to correspond with. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of kitchen necessities were available. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

This home is beautiful. Pictures do not do justice for how nice and clean this home is and how great the views are around it. Registration was easy, with nice people in the office. You have your own parking place in a covered garage. Pool and hot tub were a bonus but the best part was steps down a ramp to the beach and ocean!! The pantry and kitchen had lots of items when we wanted to eat in house, but you are also close by to great eating places. Carman took care of us and we definitely will be back to stay at this beautiful home.

This place is steps right out the door to the beach. Very clean and beautiful home. Has lots of items for you to use (beach towels, boards, chairs, etc). Pool and hot tub was so nice after walking on beach. Having your own parking spot in a covered garage was so nice too. Very close to great eating places. Carmen was great to work with and answers all questions! We will be back.

This is our third visit to this condo. We appreciate the "home away from home" feeling upon arrival. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. The rules and paperwork seem to have grown since our last visit, making it a somewhat cumbersome process. We do look forward to visiting again and appreciate the ready communication with the owners. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us.
