Drinks were very expensive pool side. The should have a Happy Hour.

Food was excellent (except for the ham & cheese quiche which tasted like it came in a cardboard box from Walmart).
Restaurant's suggested tips, 20% and more, are figured on the total -- including the TAX. I don't appreciate that.

Overall, the resort is beautiful. The pool, restaurants, and grounds are all great and well maintained. Staff is nice. There's a walking path and park close by.
The room cleanliness was disappointing. Corners and cabinets were not well maintained, the air filter was in poor condition, and there was a noticeable unpleasant odor coming from the shower drain. The bedding was substandard and there were not a lot of guest amenities in the rooms. Not a fault of the resort, but the surrounding area has a significant homeless presence, and the property is located on the opposite side of the bay from the ocean.
