Well situated, clean, comfortable, ski lockers easily accessible , I arrived on a Wednesday when the office was shut and the key was easily accessible

One small criticism , when I did arrive, I put the luggage in my room and went to park the car and when I got back the front door was shut 😳..didn’t realise the access number was on the key fob.. !

Great location, only 100 meters to the ski slopes, ski and boot room at the facility.

The problem is the management company. They were closed the day we arrived and our heat did not work in the apartment the first 8 hours of our stay and it was very cold. They do not have an emergency number and after multiple calls and emails we had no assistance. We also reserved sheets for 3 people and the beds and only sheets for two were there. The next day I went to the management office, they asked me to pay full price for the sheets even though we didn’t have them the first night and did not offer any solution for the lack of heat other than they would look into it. I feel a simple gesture of not making us pay for the sheets would have been appropriate given the circumstances.
