Our group really enjoyed the location and cabin. We all had our own room and the cabin was very spacious. The lake itself was very clean and sandy, which is hard to find. Having our dogs with us was an added bonus!! The owners were on site and mostly kept away from our group, but did check in to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend this spot!!!

This was a sentimental journey for me - I spent my summers at our family cabin on Whitefish Lake. The property suited our needs very well. The views of Upper Whitefish from the deck and cabin are gorgeous. The cabin was well-furnished and equipped, with an older lake cabin vibe - not luxurious, but very comfortable. I caught sunfish from the dock. We also rented a pontoon boat at Bertha Boat Works and enjoyed tooling around the Whitefish Chain.It's an expensive rental, but it was just what we were looking for. My sister and I are already talking about returning.

We enjoyed the spot and it was close to a lot of my favorite fishing lakes. Everything was great. You have everything, as far as bed sheeting, utensils, and all other accommodations. I love all your appliances, which were more than enough. However, you do need to fix the leaking ceiling of the room closest to the back door. Other minor things we found needing a quick tune up: the master bedroom bathroom can not lock. The door lock needs adjustments. The bunk bed door locks, but does get stuck in the locking position. Last but not least, if it is winter, especially with snow, make sure to warn your guests that they can get stuck if they choose to park near the cabin, below the hill. Because of the snow, 2 of our cars did gets stuck, even a AWD. We had an ATV which we used, plus 4 people to push the cars out. Other than that, it was a nice place, lots of space, perfect for a family getaway near some of the best lakes in MN. Thanks!
