Overall, the apartment was well equipped, with some glaring shortfalls. No drier, when it rains you end up using the heat pump to dry your clothes causing the apartment to feel damp and use much more power. A drier in the laundry room would be a big asset. Also, it would have been of great benefit to have a vacuum cleaner in the utility room, being beside the beach sand gets everywhere.The other issue was with the TV, it says you can go onto Netflix but when you try it reverts to freeview, also no TVNZ+. An upgrade of the TV would make the evenings more enjoyable.I would not reccommend the property until these issues are resolved.
