This charming home has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Scott and Beth truly go above and beyond with their thoughtful attention to detail offering useful local tips. The bathroom is stocked with essentials like cotton balls and shampoo, and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. There are also plenty of cozy blankets to make you feel right at home.I highly recommend this property if you're planning a trip to Peoria but prefer the charm of a small-town setting. It's within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurant, and boutiques, and the Peoria Civic Center is just a quick 20 minute drive away.

The house was AMAZING! Arrived in the evening and many lights were on which was very welcoming. LOTS of space, from the driveway that can easily hold 3 cars (plus garage for 1 additional car) and street parking, to the entire house itself, it accommodated our group of 7 (5 adults, 2 children) very well. It was super clean, all the blankets throughout the house smelled great and were inviting. Beds were soft and comfy. Location is perfect. We checked out Down Under bar, which was really neat! Faire Coffee upstairs is great (closed Sunday), and the entire square is full of local small businesses which we love to visit when we are in the area. The only "complaint" we had was that we wished we could stay longer! We already booked it for our next time back! Thank you!
