צימר משובח, נקי, מאובזר (כולל מכונת קפה עם קפסולות וחלב במקרר), נוף מהמרפסת לכנרת, חניה צמודה. בעלת הבית היתה זמינה ועזרה בכל שאלה (הייתי צריך בערב כדורים לכאב ראש והיא הביאה לי לצימר). בהחלט תמורה מלאה למחיר. מקום מומלץ.
