    Bed was comfortable. Carpet seen better days . Bathroom really off-putting. No hot water in basin. Toilet didn't flush without much jiggling about. Only booked because it was listed as offering breakfast. But no it did not.

    Managed to check in by 5 pm so iffuture you should check with hotels you are using on to room tv remote missing someone pjni hed wi fi didn't work light in. Bathroom over sink needed for shaving didn't work ' also towel rail would drop off wall every time to was touched aside from that clean tidy comfy bed cheap and cheful one other issue dont serve food some isn't a b&but as advertised

    The place is convenient for ripon centre. Place had cobwebs, broken window pane in velux to ceiling. Looked tired and a bit shabby. The pub was a bit rough looking and for some reason closed on Saturday night. Parking was ok on sight. My biggest issue is that messages were completely ignored prior to our stay which is unacceptable.
