I honestly liked everything about it. If I had to pick one thing out would be the elevator, there was only one and it so hot inside the elevator. The doors to the elevator sits extremely fast, I even saw it hit one last on the arm.

Comfortable, clean but outdated.

The location was great, within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Loved the pool.

The condos kitchen appliances and dishes, bedroom furniture and bedding is not updated compared to the other condos that my family members were in. The living room flooring tile makes noise when you walk on it, sounds like it's not sealed tightly. The only way to access a bathroom was to go through one of the bedrooms.

No breakfast… Location is why I stayed there.

Needed a through cleaning.. … mopping. Junky, mismatched furniture.. kitchen needs help.. no baking sheet for stove… dishes and supplies were a joke! I have stayed at RiverPlace many times but never at 602 and never paid as much but I wanted to be close to LeConte.

I would recommend it to my friends and family.

I didn't know there was a breakfast provided. I am vegan so I prepared breakfast daily. I enjoyed my stay. I had a couple of complaints and the person on duty attended to my needs. They handled the situation expeditiously with a smile.

Two young children were roaming with two dogs that didn't appear to be therapy dogs. One of the dogs barked at me several times so I walked the opposite direction and didn't get on the elevator with them.

Perfect location!

All the loud, stinky geese behind the building, can’t even walk to the river it smelled so bad. Refrigerator in 502 didn’t work. wewe gave it a few days to see if it’d cool and it didn’t. $50 off for spoiled. Maintenance was going to send the repair man but he never came.

Ice machine in the refrigerator didn't work, some of the title on the balcony was broken, the vein in one of the bathroom didn't work and kicked off the breaker making the light not work.

The rooms were clean and the location was good. I would have liked to have met some of the staff but since everything was booked online we never seen anyone.

Carpet was stained furniture was stained and outdated and it was so old that nothing to clean especially the flooring in the bathrooms and the countertops in the kitchen had coffee stains the beds were hard and uncomfortable

Condo 602

Location was good.

Owner of this condo needs to do several maintenance things and upgrades. Toilet was not bolted down well, and jets in tub were moldy. Carpet was dirty and stained. Other bathroom faucet was broken, toilet had pee in it when we checked in, and floors were very dirty. Condo looked as though nothing had been done to it in years.
