It had a nice fireplace, the water was hot. Nothing special but it was a good value for your buck. Nice that is was off of the parkway where it's super busy
Could use new bedding ,sheets, pillows etc (super cheap on Amazon). New towels and washcloths and a new couch

We loved the location. The room was nice and pretty clean. The price was very good.
The geese on the river honked SO loud all night long. (Not the condos fault, but annoying when you are trying to sleep). The rug in the main area of the condo looked like it could use a good vacuuming. You are responsible for removing all trash out of your room to the dumpster yourself, which was kind of strange, but fine.

Convenience to city attractions
I especially didn’t like that the property wasn’t lit up for security reasons. There were absolutely no lights on the building or in the dark parking lot. Every single surrounding building was lit up. For safety reasons alone, that is very unsafe feeling. We also think that the floor has never been mopped, it may have been vacuumed, but never mopped. Our socks were literally black.
