Ótimo local, próximo a praia, apto confortável e bem equipado.

Excelente Ubicación. Todo a mano. Cerca de la calle principal, Pequeño Príncipe. A 150 mts del mar, por un pasaje peatonal. Sin desayuno, sin embargo hay una panadería cerca donde se desayuna muy bien. Sin estacionamiento, pero al lado hay un predio donde se pagan 10 reales por día. El departamento es cómodo y tiene todas las comodidades, Aire, Tv, WiFi, Cocina equipada (Anafe a gas, microondas, vajilla y cubiertos). Es silencioso y tranquilo.
Acceso y puerta de ingreso con seguridad mínima. El televisor, le cuesta reproducir desde internet.

The apartment was very clean and close to the beach. Also security was good as the building was surrounded with good fence and there was no possibility to get inside without the key.
The was a whole in the ceiling in the shower and water dripping when people upstairs were showering. Beds were very hard. There was no coffee plunger or coffee machine, no bottle opener, no decent sharp knife and pans were scratched and bent. Also, the gate door were not opening properly. Walls are quite thin and we could hear the people upstairs making a lot of noise and partying into early hours of the morning throughout the whole night.
