Starý penzion se zápachem cigaret
Poloha je velmi dobrá, blízko do Kitzbühel , Ellmau a St.Johann in Tirol. V podstatě v centru města. Pokoj čistý. Dobrá WiFi.
Velmi staré vybavení, kuchyň má mizerné vybavení- málo hrnců, sklenic a hrnků. Žádná pánev a poklička. Stará lednice. Sprchový kout dost starý, ale funkční. Nejhorší ze všeho byl zápach cigaret a jídla na chodbě a obrovský nepořádek všude na chodbě a ve společných prostorech. Garáž, kde se uchovávají lyže, je plná prázdných lahví a plastových odpadků. Před domem se kouří a nedopalků je všude plno.

De locatie was heel goed. Er was een bakkerij en supermarkt op loopafstand. De bus voor het skiën kwam om de hoek.
De hygiëne was niet uitmuntend. De afzuigkap stonk meer dan dat hij het deed. 1 theelepel was ook niet erg veel. Er is een vaatwasser, maar deze is niet voor 4/5 personen.

Prima verblijf op goede afstand tot het skigebied.
Bij aankomst bleek ons familie appartement niet beschikbaar. Dit is prima opgelost door twee kamers aan te bieden, de keuken en gästezimmer ter beschikking te stellen en gratis ontbijt te verzorgen.
Onze gastheer was aanvankelijk not amused (gaf Booking de schuld), maar was later vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Apartmán se nachází na skvělém místě pro lyžování. Obchody v okolí jsou dostupné pěšky. Pěkně dispozičně řešený apartmán s balkónem a krásným výhledem na hory. Kuchyně dostatečně vybavena pro běžné vaření. Hezká koupelna.

Sehr schöne und gemütlicheFerienwohnung. Tolle ruhige Lage nahe an vielen Skigebiete, Dorf und Supermarkt. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe Kommen gerne wieder
In einigen Details müsste die Reinigung besser sein ( Bad, Küche, geschirr)
