Een prachtig, uitstekend verzorgt appartement op een top locatie. Daarnaast was in het appartement op eenvoudige manier voor basis levensmiddelen en drank gezorgd dat eenvoudig en zonder poespas betaald kon worden
Verhuurder kan er niet veel aan doen maar er was geen enkele supermarkt of winkeltje in Corcubion te vinden.
