Welcome to your getaway home- a newly remodeled spacious 3 beds 2 bath house, the left side unit of a duplex. Quiet and relaxing 2.7 acre property, enjoy sunset evenings on the front porch watching the palm trees swaying on the front yard. Visit Alden Pines Country Club down the road for a day on the golf course or catch the ferry from Pineland marina for a beach daytrip to famous nearby islands of Cayo Costa, Captiva and Useppa Islands. Perfect town for outdoor activities like biking, boating, fishing, sightseeing; or drive over to Matlacha for waterfront dining and shopping. Come visit one of the most natural reserved island of southwest Florida.

Great location, spacious house, good bathrooms and big kitchen. Henry was a great host and help us with the internet connection so my husband could work remotely. Front porch and back sitting room were very cozy. Great place to relax and be with family.

We had a wonderful stay in Bokeelia - and our accommodations were really nice. This is a newly updated property - even including cable and the internet! Rooms were comfortable and included everything we needed. Henry and Anna were GREAT hosts. We will definitely be coming back.

We had 3 guys on our trip. In town for some baseball. Place was perfect... Henry was available for any issues ( although there were none). He was very accommodating and the place was nice and clean
