We have been 5 star hosts since 2018. Just a short commute from Denver to enjoy lakeside living with spectacular views & amazing wildlife viewing! Only 12 mins. to the charming town of Nederland & just 15 minutes to ski Eldora! 45 minutes to Boulder or Denver. My fiance and I stayed here and actually eloped! It was so perfect!!! So relaxing! So beautiful! The scenery was so perfect!!! Catherine was so sweet! We had the best time and are so grateful! I had saw a couple other reviews mentioning moose sightings and didn’t know if we would get lucky to see one (I’ve never seen one and really wanted to) we saw one every morning and evening and actually had one right out our window with her baby! It was truly incredible!!

We had an amazing time at the Snowline Lakehouse. The location is more beautiful than the pictures and the house was perfectly equipped with gorgeous craftsmanship attention to details. We had a lovely time enjoying the lake, moose in the morning and a neighborhood dog who visited frequently. We were able to use the garage and the deck for outdoor social distancing when a few friends visited and felt very at-home throughout our stay. The homeowner was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions. Looking forward to returning again.
