About this house rental
Our home is recently renovated and is located only a short block and a half walk to a boardwalk access to safe non-driving beach. There are 3 bedrooms 2 baths upstairs. Downstairs has a den with a sofa bed and 1/2 bath; all other rooms and facilities are upstairs. On site amities include a washer and dryer, extra refrigerator in garage for storage and a gas grill; we provide a propane tank however guests may need to fill
it before using. Kitchen and baths completely updated and clean. Split plan design upstairs. Back porch lounge, grill, relax area downstairs, Balcony lounge area upstairs. This property does not offer a view of the ocean, however, is conveniently located only a block and a half walk to the beach. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown area with local restaurants and shops or to famous Flagler Ave that offers a variety of shopping, eating, and activity options.
We only accept guests of age 25 and over OR the primary guest must be the parent or guardian of any one under the age of 25. No pets or smoking.

This is a really beautiful home that is located within short walking distance from the beach. The home is very cozy! On our first day we had an issue with the A/C, however, the owner was very quick to respond and was very helpful. Overall this is a great beach house and an excellent value at it’s price! We will look to stay here again on future NSB trips!
Also the stairs aren’t very steep at all!

The property is located conveniently close to the beach walk over. We had many family members staying in the area including young grandchildren and did not feel comfortable with the stairs. We did not think about that before booking. I do feel the house could have been a bit cleaner especially the patio furniture. Shannon was great and responded immediately to all communications.
