Great Family Condo located at 111 Gulf Place Caribbean on Iconic 30A.
Pool front, Ground floor, Large covered patio. One bedroom king bed in master, built in bunks in hallway, Washer and Dryer in unit.
You are right by the pool. Great Location, 3 pools, (2 heated), tennis courts, hot tub, walking trails, charcoal grills, Walk to shops and restaurants or take your bike on the 30A bike path. One of the 30A shops is located one block over. Spend your next vacation in this excellent condominium .
You have access to multiple deeded beach accesses. Also the Public Ed Walline Gulf Front park with covered picnic tables, beach boardwalk, handicap Ramp, and an observation tower are walking distance as well. Once you arrive, there is no need for your car. You can walk to most everything. Two of my favorite places to eat are Shunk Gully Oyster Bar and Perfect Pig., Oh the views of the gulf at Shunk ( as everyone calls it) is magical. The Perfect Pig's food is off the chain and more on the romantic side. Quite often you will find a pianist and guitarist playing all the favorites in the bar area. Both easy walking distance. What are you waiting for. Pack your bags and come on down to GETAWAY SOUTH and get your toes in the sand.

We had a great week on the beach. This property was super clean, well maintained, and well equipped. Its location in the building was great! While you’re here, you’ve GOT to try the summer grouper at Shunk Gulley and the fish tacos at Shelby’s!
I also want to say, communication with Mrs. Debbie was EXCELLENT. We had issues with our VRBO app and she helped us sort that out, was very quick to respond to my messages, and was overall just a pleasure to speak with.
Once again, a great week at Gulf Place. Can’t wait for next year!

We had a perfect little weekend getaway, steps to the beach, heated pool and hot tub and the perfect location close to everything. Being on the first floor and walking a few steps to the pool was a perfect way to start the day. The bed was super comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The property manager was so quick to answer and very accommodating. Will definitely we staying here again!!
