Very cosy, quiet at night, enough towels for everyone, great hot water in the shower
So many moths and bugs on our first night, unfortunately was quite startled by one in the middle of the night

The only thing I didn’t like was the door is a bit tricky to lock and unlock, other than that, it was great

Location was perfect. It was a very busy weekend with the Queenstown Marathon on, so being out by Lake Hayes, meant we were away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown Central. Great spot and view from the top too!
The only thing to note, there was not enough toilet paper, and I understand they had trouble with the lock on the door. But provided great alternatives, and overall solved this anyway.
