The Landing 203 was exceptionly clean we loved the balconies. It was a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and wash rags. The pier was a nice addition It was very quite amd the lady who lives above rhe pool was so sweet. She even came out and thanked us for not slamming the pool gate.
There was a few things but minor discrepancies.
There was no blanket in master bedroom on the bed. There was two small throw blankets in the closet. I was also lead to believe that the front would be facing the lagoon and the balcony was facing the Beach.
There is NO BEACH ACCESS

Sinks in bathroom faucets leak need to be upgraded. Mattresses could also use an upgrade as well.
Nice location, close beach. Pool was nice and accessible. Parking was very nice as well.

Convenience next to the beach
There was mold on the shower curtains and and sand and dog hair everywhere as if it hadn't been swept
