It’s right across the road from the beach. It was a very quiet area. There was a nice pier on the lagoon right behind the pool on the property. We loved it!
There’s not a great view from the balcony. You can see some of the ocean, and some of the lagoon.

The Landing 203 was exceptionly clean we loved the balconies. It was a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and wash rags. The pier was a nice addition It was very quite amd the lady who lives above rhe pool was so sweet. She even came out and thanked us for not slamming the pool gate.
There was a few things but minor discrepancies.
There was no blanket in master bedroom on the bed. There was two small throw blankets in the closet. I was also lead to believe that the front would be facing the lagoon and the balcony was facing the Beach.
There is NO BEACH ACCESS
