Staff are pleasant and helpful, in hotel restaurant was excellent.

Their electronic system needs work, my reservation was “unassigned” and my King Suite with communications was not available. I had a booking confirmation and pin, but their system didn’t have my room until the day after I had booked it for.
I was provided with a double Queen room at a higher price than my original booking, which does not seem like a fair practice. The front desk lady was very helpful, and committed to resolving my issue. It was very obvious she was held back in providing the best experience to me, via the electronic system that handles the operation.
Upon entering my room, a discovery was made that the toilet handle was not connected to the flusher system. I was able to reconnect them, but it happened multiple times during my stay.
On the 2nd day of my stay, my room key stopped working, and after a long day out I had to return to the lobby to get it fixed.
