Die Lage ist gut, d.h. sehr ruhig.
Leider gibt es aus der Ferienwohnung keinen Ausblick auf die wunderschöne Landschaft, in der die Ferienwohnung als Teil einer größeren Wohnanlage liegt!

Ruhige schöne Wohnung, gute Lage,in der Nähe von Therme. Wir waren da schon 2mal. Alles war da,mehr als wir brauchen. Danke.
Da muss ich sagen-Wetter war nicht gut...Trotzdem hatte ich mit Ehemann schöne kurze Urlaub.

Ohne Frühstück, habe immer bei meinen Freunden gefrühstückt. Bad Birnbach , ein kleiner, netter Ort, Höhepunkt ist die Therme. Sehr zu empfehlen. Passau und Regensburg sind zu weit entfernt.
Bad Birnbach ist verkehrstechnisch schwer zu erreichen. Ohne eigenen PKW nicht zu empfehlen.

Die ruhige Lage. Man kann aber alles gut zu Fuß erreichen (Therme, Bäcker usw.). Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
