La localisation, l'espace de vie, lave linge, lave vaisselle, wifi, la disponibilité et les conseils de Giancarlo, le fait de pouvoir arriver plus tôt
Certains détails ne font pas penser au nom "Luxury" navré car c'est un niveau en dessous. Un gros entretien est à prévoir (fenetre SDB hs, paredouche entartré et ses joints, pas d'aspirateur fonctionnel, machine nespresso entartrée, pas de TV dans l'espace de vie que dans la CH, le bâti de porte non repris suite à un forçage anterieur) donc beaucoup de chose qui ne confirme pas le niveau Luxury sans parler des bruits chez les voisins du dessus et à côté, une bouteille de proseco au lieu de l'eau dans le frigo serait un vrai niveau Luxury ( ps : cette compilation est constructive pour l'hôte car le séjour était très bien avec une excellente météo)
