Banks Mill Guest House is nestled on a 22 acre property just 4 miles away from Downtown Aiken and 1.5 miles to Aiken's Southside. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the back porch with views of the paddocks before you spend the day exploring historic Aiken.
Fully furnished kitchen with all major appliances (including dishwasher) and a full size washer + dryer in the laundry area.
The house easily accommodates groups or families - dogs are welcome, too!
Equestrian Guests: The property also has 1 barn with 6 stalls available for rent with tack room, paddocks and a sand arena. Horse trailer parking also available on the property. Please DM for boarding information.

The home was very comfortable with nice outdoor spaces. Big well stocked kitchen with lots of space for everyone. Would definitely stay again next year!

Our family, some of whom still live in Aiken, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location and layout of the residence is ideal and Kena was a most gracious and accomadating host. We would go back.

We VRBO a fair amount. This is the coziest and most welcoming place we’ve ever stayed! Plenty of paper towels, TP, even laundry detergent and bleach! Full size toiletries throughout the house!Plus a fenced yard for our dogs! We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area!!Great, safe neighborhood. No issues with anything!
