About this villa rental
Family country house in a spacious garden with direct access to a very quiet (almost private) beach. The beach is right in front of the house. The garden is extended in 4 different levels, full of flowers, herbs, olives and citrus fruits. The house offers amazing sea view and peaceful surroundings and is ideal for relaxation. Large balconies and terraces give the opportunity to enjoy the Argolic Gulf.
The house has two floors (ground floor and upper floor) and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchenand may accommodate up to 8 people. The house is located near Xiropigado village. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your favorite meals. Facilities and appliances: smart TV, central heating, air conditioning, internal fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers.
The garden is shared with another twin house that does not belong to the host. Nevertheless the garden is big enough (4000 sqm) and half of it (2000 sqm) would be to the exclusive disposal of our guests.
Garden accessories: 2 dining tables and chairs, 2 wooden sunbeds, 1 umbrella (9 sq.m.).
Beach accessories: 4 folding sunbeds, 1 umbrella (4 sq.m.), 1 canoe
Parking is available on site and is private.

We loved this property! Its location is dramatic and romantic, with balconies and a large private terrace with a truly superb view on the Gulf of Nauplio. The villa is one of two twin adjacent properties. It is generously sized for a family of five and extremely well equipped, particularly if you like to cook and entertain. The setting is lovely, in a terraced Mediterranean garden of olive and citrus trees. There is a small beach of multicolored pebbles just a few steps away, which you will share only with the people staying at the other villa. If the wind is adverse, several other sandy and pebble beaches are available nearby, including beaches with cafes and umbrellas. The owner put a canoe at our disposition, wich was a nice surprise and a special perk for our teen sons. We did a lot of snorkeling and also enjoyed visiting the larger surroundings, with trips to Astros, Nauplio, and Mykene, among the many choices within a short car trip's reach. All in all, each member of our group enjoyed the stay and recommend it warmly!

Wir (vier Erwachsene) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Den kleinen Kiesstrand direkt unterhalb des Hauses hatten wir ganz für uns allein und ausgiebig genutzt. Da die vielen Orangen-, Zitronen- und Grapefruit-Bäume im zum Haus gehörenden Garten gerade reife Früchte trugen, konnten wir jeden Tag frisch gepresste Säfte genießen. Der Ausblick von den zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien, wo sich zu jeder Tageszeit ein schattiges Plätzchen findet, ist fantastisch und das Haus, insbesondere die Küche, ist zur Selbstversorgung gut ausgestattet. Etwas abenteuerlich ist die Zufahrt über eine relativ steile Schotterpiste, die von der Hauptstraße abbiegt, aber das ist ja in Griechenland nichts ungewöhnliches. In den umliegenden Ortschaften Xiropigado und Astros gibt es Läden für den täglichen Bedarf, freilich müssen alle Besorgungen mit dem Auto gemacht werden. Elena ihr Bruder und der Gärtner Nikos waren sehr bemüht und freundlich. Insgesamt haben wir unseren einwöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicher in den nächsten Jahren einmal wiederkommen.

A lovely house and garden, with very good swimming beach at the end of the garden. Plenty of space, very well-equipped and extremely well looked after. Well located to visit a variety of interesting places.We had our best holiday break in years!
