Nice place for 1-2 persons if you don't mind to drive a bit to the sea.
This is a quiet place aside of busy roads and crowds.
Sometimes there was sewer smell in the air outside the house. Also this property requires 200 euro deposit which is not obvious from the initial description, at least I did not see this and this was a surprise for me. After I paid the advertised stay price via booking.com I've got a message I need also to make this deposit via bank transfer. I did not like that. Then they need to improve their communication attitude. After I send them this deposit and notified them, I did not get any answer regarding check-in for about 24 hours which was rather uncomfortable. I've got my deposit back in time though.

Rustige uitvalsbasis voor prachtige fietstochten!
We hebben ontzettend genoten van de rust daar en van het prachtige uitzicht. Akkerrand is een prima uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten naar alle windstreken! De eigenaar woont er naast en is altijd bereid tot het oplossen van problemen, heel vriendelijk! Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt en vele mooie fietstochten in de omgeving gemaakt!

Ruhige, saubere, kleine Wohnung mit Sonnenterrasse und Fernsicht übers Land
Eine sehr saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Betten waren wirklich sehr bequem, die Küche/ Wohnzimmer sehr hell. Lage sehr ruhig. Die höher liegende Terrasse (mit Sitzmöglichkeit, Sonnenschutz und Klappliegen) grenzt an einen Acker, toller freier Blick übers weite Land. Gut erreichbar sind Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Dorfladen (sehr leckere Brötchen!), Fahrradverleih, Haushaltswaren etc.) und einige (wirklich gute !) Restaurants zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Auch ein toller Strand (Banjaardstrand), ca. 6km entfernt, hierfür aber Fahrrad oder Auto nötig. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der nebenan wohnt. Tolle Unterkunft für ein Paar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
Wir hatten kein Problem damit, aber man sollte wissen, dass Bad/ Dusche, Toilette (separater Raum) und auch das Schlafzimmer sehr kompakt gebaut sind, d.h. eng sind. Etwas Beweglichkeit ist gut - für körperlich beeinträchtigte Personen wohl schwierig. Die ackerbauliche Nutzung führt auch manchmal zu den entsprechenden Gerüchen durch Gülle-Einsatz. Wir fanden beides nicht schlimm, an die Enge kann man sich gewöhnen. Wir ziehen aber wegen diesem eingeschränkten Komfort in der Bewertung einen kleinen Punkt ab.
