About this bed and breakfast
B&B (owners live in the premises with one small hypoallergenic dog) Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood right on the edge of downtown Port Perry. Within walking distance(20 minutes) to historic Downtown Port Perry, Bistros, shopping, Lake Scugog and the beach or a 5 minute drive.
Take a short walk to our neighbourhood pond and trails through the forest along a coldwater creek.
Shared balcony off the Coffee Area overlooks the neighbourhood.
**Please note that when booking for 2 guests the second bedroom is not automatically included-please inquire to request the upgrade or add a third person to your booking to activate the second bedroom.**
Delicious full breakfasts served most mornings. Complimentary self serve continental Breakfast available for early risers. Upgrade to our deluxe hot breakfast served in the Dining Room at your requested time (7:30am to 10am) which includes Mimosas, Cappuccino or Lattes in addition to our usual 3 course breakfast(only $25). Rogers Ignite Wifi, TV & streaming services included.
Air conditioned, beautifully decorated suites. Quality linens. Desks in both suites. 28" flat screen TV.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted with prior approval-a fee of $35 per visit applies(max one week).

Everything was great. Nice home, comfortable bed. The morning visits with Teddi lightened the mood. Could not really say enough good things about my stay, it was great!

Lovely home with comfortable beds & room. Lynn had thought of everything from facial wipes to having a fridge, coffee/tea, wine glasses. Breakfast was delicious! She had the cutest sweetest dog! Thank you Lynn for everything.

Lynn is an expert host and all rooms were clean and comfy. With delicious breakfast if you have time to sit down and continental amenities if not The reviews are accurate and you will enjoy your stayHaving said that, there was a smell of smoke in the home when you enter. It was never mentioned in recent reviews and the host said that smoking was allowed in the upstairs balcony and a recent guest had been a regular frequent smoker out there. I told the host that I would not mention the smoke smell because it was a one-off and the host was making effort to fix that. I believe her. But my sister in law did find a review from 2 years ago mentioning the same thing. And the host had the same response. Smoking allowed on the balcony. I feel I have to mention so future guests who are sensitive to any hint of smoke smell, can inquire of the host before staying there. If it is a very very infrequent occurrence as the reviews suggest, then you will love your stay here. She has thought of everything and is a great communicator and conscientious and experienced Finally. One other reviewer mentioned the listing can be hard to understand. There is a queen room with ensuite. And 2 other rooms available - a queen bed. And 2 double beds- that share a lovely bathroom Host will be very helpful with messaging
