About this house rental
3 bed/2 bath. Home is recently remodeled! Sunny and very comfortable with two patios. Gas Fire pit in backyard. In addition to the comfy beds there is a Murphy bed to accommodate 5 adults/child. The murphy bed also transforms into desk.
The comfortable walk to dog friendly beach and town; come meet new friends. Main bath has been newly renovated. French Yves Delorme linens and towels and every amenity you need with detail down to dimmers on lighting

Great Location for us, close to golf and grocery shopping.
Mary was quite easy to get in touch with, very helpful. In general rental was clean upon arrival but had to do a deep clean for allergies for a three month stay. Would stay again.

Park Palms is a small complex of only 100 homes which makes it a very quiet and pleasant place to stay. Pools not crowded and no one besides ourselves using the tennis courts. We had a very pleasant stay here in spite of issues on arrival.
A very disappointing start to our stay began with being unable to enter the home and of greater concern was that the cleanliness of the home was subpar to say the least. Fortunately the owner was available by phone and she immediately contacted the cleaner to come in the following morning. We were compelled to wash all the dishes, glasses, pots, etc. as they too were not clean.
No instructions were left for running of the house: tv, wifi, heat / AC, garbage/recycling, etc. Again the owner was available by phone or we just figured it out ourselves. Organization of linens could have been better too.
Also know that the living room furniture is low as is the master bed which can be difficult for some to get on and off.
