Three Houses Toledo is located in a strategic position, due to its centrality to the main means of transport, in fact, it is possible to reach the Metro Line 1 Station (Toledo Station) in just 3 minutes on foot, as well as Cumana, Montesanto Funicular, Central Funicular and of Chiaia. The Molo Beverello is easily accessible from where hydrofoils leave for the main islands of the Gulf of Naples (Capri, Ischia, Procida).
Three House Toledo is located on the second floor of a historic building overlooking the main via Francesco Girardi from which you can see the so-called "Spaccanapoli", a road that clearly divides the ancient city between the north and the south with its perfect linearity .
The structure consists of three independent apartments, of approximately 60sqm each, equipped with all possible comforts for a couple but especially for those traveling with the family.
Each apartment has its own peculiarity, recently renovated, finished with accuracy and in a modern style, consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, equipped with kitchen with all the utensils suitable for short or long stays, two smart TVs, free wifi, air conditioning and balconies, with soundproof windows, which make the apartments full of light.

We had everything we needed for our stay! Christiana was waiting for us on arrival, helped us choose the nearest parking deck and went over everything at check in. The apartment is in an older building but is fully renovated inside and very safe. It is clean, centrally located and makes walking the city very doable.

Great location, close to restaurants, nightlife.Well appointed unit, small but everything you need.Upstairs is suited for younger people/kids.Low ceilings, steep stairs.Both bathrooms have full sized showers. Plenty of towels, large and soft.Lots of coffee pods for 3 of us for 2 days.Address difficult to find, you will be met by the manager of the unit.Driving around the area is pretty hectic, walk or take a taxi.We would recommend this place to stay,

Cristina welcomed us and provided good explanations and information. She was a text away if we needed something.The apartment is well maintained, comfortable and clean. It is a renovated apartment in an older, more decrepit building. It has all the basic facilities, however rather on the minimalist side: not a good apartment to cook and store food for dinner or supper. There is a fridge that can store enough food, but upon leaving the apartment with the keys, the electricity is turned off. We appreciated very much the laundry washing machine, and found enough space to let it dry by air.The apartment is a few short corners from Metro Toledo. However, some people may not feel safe in the Spanish neighbourhood at night.

Pre-arrival communication was excellent. Host met us on arrival and provided a detailed explanation of the unit and area and was extremely helpful. Unit was perfect for our family of 4. Great central location. We had a wonderful stay.
