- BOAT ACCESS only, an open-concept cottage on 10 private acres while still close to Kingston ON, and Westport ON.

- Short boat access with boat and motor included - IMPORTANT - No road access - one renter must have a pleasure craft license - parking is located on Hidden Valley Road next to the cottage dock
- Canadian Shield rock base for swimming
- Great fishing
- All the outdoor amenities included - kayaks, peddle-boat, well-stocked fire pit
- Great views and lots of privacy
- Off-grid power sources - NO hydro, instead solar and gas generator
- Outhouse and outdoor heated shower
- Sleeps 6 - all new mattresses and bedding
- Full kitchen, living and dining rooms
- TV/DVD with a good movie selection
- WIFI limited - hotspot from phone data
- Indoor and outdoor games
- Primary renter must be 25 or older,
- No smoking indoors
- No parties or events
- Pet permitted

Lovely cottage, and very responsive and friendly hosts. Great for relaxing with a book, or kayaking with the ones the hosts provide. Bring your canoe for nearby lakes in Frontenac or go hiking there, and biking on the Cateraqui. Great place for a dog who loves swimming!

Property is great. Great views from the dock! Great spot for kayaking and pedal boating! Plenty of loons, blue heron and ospreys around. Fishing is great too! Northerns, bass, pearch and sun fish to catch. This was a great place for a retreat! The outdoor shower is great as well. We had some rain and thunderstorms and still had a great time. Cabin is really nice and comfortable. Fishing was great after the rain anyways. It's 10 feet deep at end of dock so its great for swimming! The only thing you need to be aware of is the outhouse. Its an outhouse. A nice outhouse. Still an outhouse though...lol
Would definitely do this again!!!

Six of us (grandparents, parents, and two young grand sons) had a great week. Great experience living off grid for a week. Lots of activities for everyone.
