The location is lovely, and feels surprisingly private. The combined options of pool/river/ocean meant that everyone could easily pick the day they wanted from lazy to adventurous.
And it was definitely clear that we weren't just renting someone's investment... But we were being invited in to a place that is loved.
The community Beach was active but not crowded (even on Memorial Day weekend when the public parks on North Hutchinson were filled to capacity, and beach access is extremely easy.
