The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a building a hundred meters from the sea and from the bus stop that pass every quarter of an hour and lead to the centers of Pescara and Francavilla.
The area is quiet and, except in the months of July and August, the availability of parking is good. In the summer months there is difficulty during the day from around 9.30 am to around 18 pm for tourists who go to the sea. The train, which passes not far away, does not disturb much because it is usually not so fast and moreover it passes with a low frequency. At night, with closed windows, you can barely hear it.
The apartment has large and bright rooms and opens with a living room entrance of almost 30 square meters equipped with LED TV. Following is the eat-in kitchen, with all the essentials, and the corridor that leads into the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, a bidet, and a comfortable shower system with two shower heads.
The rooms are both equipped with orthopedic nets with Memory mattresses, to ensure maximum comfort. Around, each room overlooks the large balcony that runs all around, and which also houses the washing machine. In summer, a system of curtains shades this space giving it a certain intimacy and making it almost an extension of the interior space. All around, the communal garden surrounds the balcony, offering a glimpse of nature and greenery to those who live there.
