This spectacular Penthouse offers 3,000 sq ft of living space on the edge of Downtown Nanaimo, with some ocean and mountain views from the terrace. Explore the large variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Nanaimo Waterfront is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Drive 4 minutes to the nearest grocery store. Enjoy complimentary WiFi and free private parking during your visit.
The spacious apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. With two spacious living rooms complete with comfortable seating and a dining area, there is ample space for relaxation and socializing. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a bath. The apartment also includes full laundry facilities. Please note there is partial air-conditioning. We use windows and fans to cool down the back of the apartment. Great for families!

The pictures don't do this property justice, as it is so spacious, beautiful and well lit. My adult kids and I loved it as our base of operations in taking in the local scene. Relatively quiet when windows are shut, easy parking in front, and everything working and functional inside. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Great 3 bedroom apartment. Plenty of space. Perfect for 3 adults visiting my son in Nanaimo. Fun elevator that opened directly into the apartment. Very secure. It was a 3 block walk to the seawall. It was about a 20 minute walk to the best part of downtown. It was a 15 minute walk to the Old City Quarter. It was near Bowen Park which has a creek and nice forested walking paths. The building itself was super quiet. The only thing that was slightly bothersome was that Comox Rd is quite busy and noisy. Otherwise it was perfect. I would stay again if we travel to Nanaimo in a group again.
