This spectacular Penthouse offers 3,000 sq ft of living space on the edge of Downtown Nanaimo, with some ocean and mountain views from the terrace. Explore the large variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Nanaimo Waterfront is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment and a 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown. Drive 4 minutes to the nearest grocery store. Enjoy complimentary WiFi and free private parking during your visit.
The spacious apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. With two spacious living rooms complete with comfortable seating and a dining area, there is ample space for relaxation and socializing. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a bath. The apartment also includes full laundry facilities. Please note there is partial air-conditioning. We use windows and fans to cool down the back of the apartment. Great for families!

We enjoyed this roomy apartment and all the amenities. Property manager was very responsive when a couple of issues came up. Good location for walking and close to groceries etc. would recommend
