The View is a contemporary style apartment completely refurbished in 2017, elegant and design, it offers a superb seafront view from the living room and the bedroom.
Located on Gammarth Bay, a resort area, 5 minutes from La Marsa, 10 minutes from Carthage, and 20km from the capital.
The View is nestled in a residence adjacent to the Palace hotel and the Presidential guest villas. The residence, very quiet, is guarded 24/7
The View is composed of:
-A large nicely decorated living room, very bright, with superb seafront view
-A kitchen - open to the living room, with central island - fully equipped:
1 dishwasher,
1 washing machine,
1 oven,
1 microwave,
1 Nespresso coffee machine,
TV,
Very high speed internet (fiber optic)
The rooms:
-A suite with dressing room, with sea front view
-A large bedroom, with a desk, a TV, a cot and a bathroom (with massage shower)
-A second bedroom, with small dressing room and small office
Access to a private garden, about 33m2, which has a table and 5 chairs.
Access to a private beach at the bottom of the apartment - if you are athletic you can access it by stairs. The Le Palace hotel (5 stars) close to the residence as well as the restaurant "Le M" is 50 m from the apartment.
